By accessing and using gamefriday.party, musicquiz.party, bingocaller.games, or any associated services (collectively, "the Services"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.
Description of Services
gamefriday.party is a platform offering free, browser-based party games. Our current games include:
- Music Quiz — A multiplayer song guessing game where players listen to audio previews and race to identify tracks. Also available at musicquiz.party.
- Themed Werewolf — A social deduction game where players take on secret roles, bluff through discussion, and vote to find the werewolves. Available with multiple themes.
- Bingo Caller — A UK-style 90-ball bingo caller with AI voice calling and classic mode. Also available at bingocaller.games.
We may add, modify, or remove games and features at any time without prior notice.
Content Guidelines
When creating content on our platform (including but not limited to playlists, game rooms, display names, and custom settings), you must NOT:
- Create content that is rude, offensive, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate
- Create content that promotes illegal activities or violence
- Use names, titles, or descriptions that contain hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory language
- Create content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights or violates any laws
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity in a harmful manner
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and to suspend or terminate access for users who repeatedly violate these terms.
User Responsibilities
As a user, you agree to:
- Use the Services in a lawful and respectful manner
- Not attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Services
- Not use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access the Services without permission

Intellectual Property
Music content within Music Quiz is provided through the Deezer API. All music, album artwork, and related metadata remain the property of their respective owners. gamefriday.party does not claim ownership of any third-party content.
The gamefriday.party name, logos, game designs, and website content are our property and may not be used without permission.
No Account Required
Our Services do not require account registration. You can play all games without providing personal information. Any display names used are temporary and chosen by you for each game session.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
- All features, media, or third-party content will always be available
- The Services will meet your specific requirements or expectations
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, gamefriday.party and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Services (which is zero, as our games are free).
